I want to thank Brandon in the Service Department for helping me in a desperate situation where I was stranded when my Mach E unpaired with my phone and wouldn't start. The plan was for me to leave the car at Hilltop, take a train to where I live (Sacramento), and return on the train the next morning with the key. I arrived with the tow truck just as they were closing and before I left, Brandon wanted to see if he could come up with a solution so I could drive home. He figured out a solution and I was able to drive home and everything with my car is now perfect. What is not included in that story as how kind and calm Brandon was through all of it and even sent me home with a bottle of water and some Liquid IV since I was coming off two days of flights. Pulling in at Hilltop Ford we were promptly greeted by Mariel Cordon Garcia and one of her Sales Managers. I had inquired the previous day about the Ford Lightening EV truck for my husband, they promptly provided me with answers to my questions on the product availability as well as the lease payment and terms I requested. Now it was time to drive, being greeted by these two warm and gracious individuals made us feel special and expected.
While parking...a beautiful black Ford Bronco caught both of our attention. "Pssssttt.... Honey" I hear my husband whisper....... "Should we ask her if we can drive this one too?" Sure...I responded nervously.... I had crunched some preliminary numbers on the Bronco in the past and I was weary that this beautiful beast would push us over our budget for this purchase.
Mariel pulled up the Ford Lightening Lariat that we had been discussing. We walked around the truck admiring its design. The demo impressed us, this truck is quick and responsive, the interior was thoughtfully assembled with the 'working person' in mind. It even included a work station with stowable gear shift. Cool stuff really. The drive was enjoyable, we headed back to the dealership.
As we pulled back into Hilltop Ford our eyes were once again drawn to the black Ford Bronco. Mariel had pulled the Bronco to the front driveway, its beefy...do anything...concur anything...go over it ...go through it attitude spoke to us. We excitedly parked the Lightening and skipped over the Bronco; admiring its aggressive stance and utilitarian functionality. We love to go camping, snowboarding, and to the beach. We hopped inside and took the Bronco for a spin, the Wildtrack edition comes with a well powered 2.7L EcoBoost engine, 4x4, Bang and Olufsen sound system and so much more.
We went with the Bronco...the car that caught our attention when we first pulled in, not the car we thought we were going to pick up. It just felt like it was meant to be.
"Happy Hubby makes for a Happy Home!" I am also very happy. Mariel, Leon, & Garnett were professional & friendly they respected our time and provided us with everything we needed to make an educated and informed decision within the budget I had established for this purchase.

I spent some time shopping around for a new car, and it was frustrating dealing with subpar sales reps who seemed more like poorly trained SDRs than car experts. With a small garage, I often asked about the car's dimensions, only to be met with blank stares as they fumbled with their phones to Google the information. Some didn't even know how to fold the seats properly.
Hilltop Ford was a refreshing change. When I called, Terrence answered and casually asked when I could come in instead of pressing for my email and number to bombard me with sales emails. Terrence was knowledgeable about the cars and their value, and most importantly, he understood what I was looking for in a vehicle without trying to oversell me.
I also had a great conversation with the finance manager, who took the time to discuss the economics of the deal and treated me with respect. The used car manager was fair and genuinely listened to my reasoning for the trade-in price I was aiming for.
Overall, the experience couldn't have been better, and I'm likely to buy my next car here.

Wanted to give an updated review on behalf of the new Service Manager George. You can always tell when the higher ups send in the big guns to get things done. I've been lucky in the past but it seems like some times in between management can be not the best. It also depends who you get on the phone. My last experience was about 2 years ago, and recently they brought in a new service manager George who really saved the day for me. A week before speaking with George about my backorder part from a recall I spoke with Mike who I believe is Asst. Manager. My truck had been diagnosed in July and I'd been waiting for a part on backorder since. Mike told me my truck wasn't even "officially diagnosed" so I'd have to schedule a transmission tear down which they were booked out at least a month. Not to mention he said the part he couldn't even place on order if it was even available anywhere until the teardown was complete. So according to him, my truck would go in in a month, get opened up, and maybe wait weeks or months in the shop for the part. A week later I talked to George. Within 10 minutes he called back, the part on backorder they had IN THEIR SHOP. He said yes my truck was already diagnosed he doesn't know why I was told otherwise. Took my truck in THE NEXT DAY and had it repaired within a few hours. As a pregnant mom to be, he knew the sudden transmission downshift was a huge liability on their end and handled it the way it should've been. Thank you GEORGE!! Please don't ever leave!!!

Car buying. My wife and I are car nuts and own many vehicles. From dodge (hellcat) to ford. We recently purchased a 2023 f150 raptor from hilltop ford and the experience was pleasant and with out drama and games. Jonathan and "B" were super easy to deal with and we left very happy with our purchase and what we got for our trade in. Think it took longer to PDI the truck for delivery than to make a deal and do all the paperwork work. We were so happy we went back 2 weeks later and purchased a wild track 2 door 2023 bronco from hilltop. Same experience, and Anisha was excellent sales rep to deal with. Again we were super happy and it's nice not having to spend countless wasted hours playing games to broker a deal. 5 star for the car buying experience here. We have purchased other cars from other ford dealers in the area but will not go back as hill top is hassle free.
Scheduled Service. Took one of our vehicles for its oil change to hilltop and wow! What a change from other dealers we have had our cars serviced. George, the service manager I believe his name is, runs a tight shop there. You can see the teamwork just watching the goings on in the service bay. Their waiting room is a lounge. Complimentary coffee drinks, danishes, snacks etc plus multiple big screen tvs and comfortable seating. The lounge was tastefully decorated (as was the whole dealership) for Halloween. It's nice to see a dealership spend a little coin to give its patrons a high level of comfort. We weren't waiting long and communication from George's team was amazing. We went to hilltop as we were put off by our local ford dealer in both buying and service. We don't mind crossing the bridge from Marin to go to hilltop as they are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It's rare that you get service these days. Hilltop hits the service button in all aspects and it's truly refreshingly welcome. Great work George and your team!!

They explained all the new technology a few times. It's a lot when you're not used to these new car features. This car is so cute and fun. Prefect size for me and my little adventures I plan to take it on. I am in love with my new fun car!
The process from start to finish took about 4 hours and they were able to get me the quote I wanted. Jason even picked me up a slice pizza while I was there haha. Highly recommend working with these two.
I know it was not a lot of work I needed done but after this I will be going back for other service.
