The 2020 Ford Mustang High Performance Package

In 1964, the original Ford Mustang made its debut. It was sleek, sporty, and stylish. Immediately, auto dealers were inundated with requests for the car that would make its way to the 1964 Indy 500 racetrack, turn heads in Goldfinger, and within two years reach one million dollars in sales—a sizable sum for a car with a sticker price of $2,368.

Now, just in time for its 55th Anniversary, America's beloved pony car gets an extra boost of power—the new 2.3L High Performance Package for the entry-level Mustang EcoBoost. This jolt of power makes the 2020 Ford Mustang the most powerful four-cylinder sports car offered by an American automaker.

Available on the entry-level 2020 Mustang EcoBoost fastback coupe or convertible models, the Mustang EcoBoost package feels at home on both coastal roads and demanding autocross courses. Let's take a look at what's included in the 2020 Ford Mustang High Performance Package.
